The latest big lie is intended to prevent very rich people and corporatio
ns from paying a fair share of taxes. The republican
s and their stooges proclaim that the rich pay more than ever, neglecting to say how or why and ignoring the fact that the wealthiest Americans have enjoyed reduction after reduction in their rate of taxation.
Hello? The rich pay more now because they have become far richer. 50% of two million is far less than 35% of ten million.
Where are the jobs that must have been created by the immense increase of wealth at the top of the wage scale?
