Democrats will succeed when Americans retake congress. That includes all of the shadow Dems that are part of Unions... Just keep putting your country first and vote for your freedom! The authority of any court is partly based on the public's perception of it's legitimacy. The GOP has made the critical error of undermining legitimacy (using Congressional rules of order to block Obama's Constitutional power to appoint judges) in order to pack the courts with conservatives under Trump. As a result, the rulings that the GOP hopes to attain will not really be viewed as legitimate by the majority of the population.
